the FMCompany plc was established in 2002 following a joint development project with Kingston University. We are an independent British company based in London and are committed to improving the transparency of service delivery, to create best value.
We believe that by sharing real time performance data, best practice can be both enforced and rewarded. Our dedicated employees bring devotion and passion to their work with a commitment to listen to our customers needs and continually improve the solution. In March 2005 the FMCompany plc initiated an offer for subscription in order to drive the future growth of the company.
With more and more contracts being written with key performance indicators and service levels needing to be met by out-sourced service providers, Adrian Godwin, the founder of the FMCompany plc, saw the need for a product that improved the service chain by measuring service delivery. The solution needed to be simple to use, cost-effective and web-based.
FM Essentials was created; it dispenses with voice-based telephone calls to helpdesks and fully automates the complete loop from time/date stamping the initial site request, to closing out the site request. FM Essentials has been built to service a global network of properties by being multi-lingual, multi-currency and multi-time zone in its design. The FMCompany is committed to continually improving and developing FM Essentials based on the needs of our users and the FM industry.
